Terms & Conditions – Mapstat travels

1. Introduction
Welcome to mapstat travels. By booking travel services with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between mapstat travels and its customers and are in accordance with the applicable laws governing travel agencies in India.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official channels.
     
  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm reservations.
     
  • Full payment must be completed before the commencement of travel as per the invoice terms.
     
  • Prices are subject to change based on airline, hotel, and government policies.
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stipulated time frame after deducting applicable charges.
     
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
     

4. Travel Documentation

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and necessary travel permits.
     
  • mapstat travels will assist with visa processing, but approval is subject to the respective embassy's discretion.
     
  • Failure to present valid documents may result in denial of travel without any liability on our part.
     

5. Liability & Responsibilities

  • mapstat travels acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.) and is not liable for any service failure or unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
     
  • We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during travel.
     

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that travelers obtain travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of baggage.
     
  • mapstat travels can facilitate travel insurance, but all claims are subject to the insurer's policies.
     

7. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination.
     
  • Any misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of policies may result in termination of services without a refund.
     

8. Force Majeure

  • mapstat travels shall not be liable for any disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
     

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Service charges, processing fees, and administrative costs are non-refundable.
     
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation fees as per supplier policies.
     

2. Flight Booking Refunds

  • Airline tickets are subject to the airline’s cancellation and refund policy.
     
  • If an airline allows cancellations, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
     
  • No refund for non-refundable tickets or no-shows.
     
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-30 working days, depending on the airline.
     

3. Hotel Booking Refunds

  • Hotel cancellations must be made within the time frame specified by the hotel.

  • Refunds will be processed as per the hotel’s refund policy, and service charges by Mapstat travels are non-refundable.
     

4. Tour Package Refunds

  • If a tour includes third-party services (e.g., sightseeing, transport, adventure activities), their respective refund policies will apply.
     
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
     

5. Visa & Travel Insurance Refunds

6. Cancellation by Mapstat travels

7. Force Majeure Clause
