- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
4. Travel Documentation

- Failure to present valid documents may result in denial of travel without any liability on our part.
5. Liability & Responsibilities
- mapstat travels acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.) and is not liable for any service failure or unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
- We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during travel.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that travelers obtain travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of baggage.
- mapstat travels can facilitate travel insurance, but all claims are subject to the insurer's policies.
7. Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination.
- Any misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of policies may result in termination of services without a refund.
8. Force Majeure
- mapstat travels shall not be liable for any disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

- No refund for non-refundable tickets or no-shows.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-30 working days, depending on the airline.
3. Hotel Booking Refunds

- Refunds will be processed as per the hotel’s refund policy, and service charges by Mapstat travels are non-refundable.
4. Tour Package Refunds

- Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
5. Visa & Travel Insurance Refunds
